A lifelong educator with 23 years of experience, Sandi Castro is the current Travis County Precinct 137 Chair and a TSTA Region 10 Supervisory Delegate running for Pflugerville ISD School Board Place 6 to champion public education and developmentally appropriate STEM initiatives. Her leadership is rooted in the governance principles of the Texas State Teachers Association (TSTA) bylaws, which ensure that supervisory members uphold the association's mission to protect the rights of educators and students while fostering professional excellence.
